For use cases that require a customised user journey, agency-specific front-end experience, or integration with internal systems, agencies should use BookingSG as a booking engine through APIs. This allows agencies to design and maintain their own customised experience while leveraging BookingSG’s core booking capabilities, such as availability, booking records, and booking-related workflows.

BookingSG Lite is free to use for all public officers. Alternatively, you may also try out BookingSG Premium free for a month. Note that both would require the onboarding officer to have a valid WOGAD account. You can access both options via our home page
