Available Modules

Various modules to suit your booking needs

BookingSG has various modules and components to support different booking use cases. Each module is typically managed as a separate use case with its own configurations, admin access, booking records, and operational setup.

Admins who have been granted access to more than one use case can toggle between them under the same admin account.

BookingSG - Appointments module

The Appointments module supports agencies that need to manage appointment-based services where users book available time slots for a service or service group.

A standard out-of-box user interface is available for applicants to authenticate and make bookings based on the schedules configured by agency admins. Agencies can manage service details, service groups, availability schedules, booking windows, approval workflows, booking forms, notifications, attendance-taking, reports, and admin permissions through the admin portal.

This module is suitable for appointment bookings, consultation sessions, service counters, advisory sessions, or other time-slot based services.

BookingSG - Facilities module

The Facilities module supports agencies that need to manage bookings for facilities, rooms, equipment, or other bookable resources.

A standard user interface is available for users to search for available resources and select their preferred date and time period based on configured booking rules. Agencies can manage resources, resource groups, combined resources, availability schedules, booking policies, allowed users, recurring or block bookings, notifications, reports, and admin permissions through the admin portal.

This module is suitable for meeting rooms, shared facilities, equipment bookings, operational spaces, or other resources that need to be reserved for specific time periods.
