Our platform supports data classification up to Restricted and Sensitive (Normal).

Optical continues to manage and secure the infrastructure and CMS. However, the custom frontend server container is the agency’s responsibility, including its VAPT.

The migration cost varies depending on several factors:

  1. The number of webpages to be developed

  2. The number and complexity of custom modules, widgets and controllers

  3. The amount of customisation required

 

At the moment, there is no consideration to issue another bulk tender for Optical.

Agencies will enter into a Universal Service Terms (UST) agreement with GovTech for the use of Optical.

If you require external support for development or maintenance, you may engage a web vendor separately through existing government bulk tenders such as:

No, the trial is provided free of charge. Agencies can explore and evaluate Optical with no financial commitment.
