Whether you're updating instructions, correcting wording, or adapting a message to a new process, make the change yourself and keep your communications current.

Change it when you need to

Select a notification template, edit the message, and save your changes.

That's it.

Your updated template will be used for subsequent notifications.

Get started

Go to Templates → Notification Templates in FileSG and select the template you want to update.
